I was incredibly frustrated during my stay. The service was abysmal, especially for the price I paid. I arrived early and received no guidance about dinner reservations or hotel amenities, leaving me confused and irritated. To make matters worse, a Wi-Fi outage prevented me from accessing important information, and when I asked for help, I was only given a phone number. I had to scramble last minute for dinner reservations due to the hotel's lack of communication.

We had an amazing stay! The ocean views from our room were stunning, and we loved the delicious breakfast with fresh local produce every morning. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, despite a slight issue with the cheap toilet paper. I'd definitely choose this place again!

I loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing just 50 meters from my room and walking to nearby Playa El Gringo for stunning views. The beautiful Vicuna Mackenna Park made for great strolls during my stay.

Incredibly special location on the rocks with stunning sea views and waves crashing nearby provided a unique atmosphere. The attentive staff went above and beyond, especially in assisting with my car issue during a trip. Breakfast options were fantastic, featuring traditional meals that were both hearty and delicious. I wish there had been more vegan choices, as options felt limited for plant-based diets. Additionally, while the overall experience was wonderful, the shower had inconsistent water pressure at times, which was a bit of a setback.

My stay at Apacheta exceeded expectations. The fine wildlife outside my room captivated me daily. Although I felt the need for a fan during warm nights, the warmth of the staff and the breakfast made it a nice experience.

Checked in around dusk. Took a minute since it was a bit packed, and the noise from the bikers outside was a bummer. Next morn tho, owners were super nice and even hooked us up with tips and some Coca leaves. Breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruits and eggs! Wish the restaurant had more availability.
